Chamber Statement
 The
Chamber is a member-driven and professionally staffed non-profit
association of business people committed to improving the economic
climate and quality of life in the Manteca area. The strength of the
Chamber relies in the size and diversity of its membership. Both
large and small businesses from virtually every profession are
represented. The Members are the Chamber!
Being a Chamber Member is more than a plaque on your wall. The
Manteca Chamber of Commerce has been an important part of the
Manteca community since 1923, providing many social and charitable
opportunities.
We
at the Chamber want SUCCESS for all of our members that’s why our
job is to protect, improve and promote your business. The image we
project
will encourage new businesses to invest in our city and provide a
"job-creating climate’.
Manteca Chamber of Commerce offers things we can all use -
friendships, professional and social development and most important
networking your business.
The Chamber of Commerce gives each customer the personal attention
they need. This ongoing public relationship offers increased sales
for you. Being in business for yourself doesn’t have to mean by
yourself. With your Chamber of Commerce Membership, your never
alone. Continuing education, business seminars, and networking
referral are what you need to advance and succeed in your business.
 In
the coming few years it will get even better, especially if the
Manteca Chamber of Commerce is successful in playing the pivotal
role it is assuming in bringing government, business and the
community together.
Retail sales for 2003 were 546 million ("Manteca." California
Retail Survey. 2004 ed.). What does all of this mean? The bottom
line is simple. Manteca already is a great place to live and do
business. The Success of Manteca can’t be attributed to one group or
one person it takes everyone working together to make sure the
economy keeps growing stronger.
